As long as the school doesn't leave before the GoR and whatever


other agreement expire, I don't think the school can legally face any repercussions from the conference. Now the school may not be able to host a conference tournament which may or may not be a big deal. However, I don't think you would see a conference require that school to play all away games in a sport or all sports for the remainder of the time. If a conference tried to do that, then I would think the school would sue the conference and probably win. I am not sure a conference would want to take the chance of paying a nice size settlement to a former member.
